Self Care Sunday
As a busy mom with a full-time job and side hustle, my weeks are pretty jam-packed. Between working my job, working my business, spending time with my son and husband, and maintaining a social life, I don’t have a lot of time for myself. My runs are really my biggest source of self-care throughout the week.
I believe self-care is so important for relieving stress and bringing yourself back to a balanced place. Something I love to do is preserve Sundays as Self Care Sunday. Sunday is the day that we have the least plans and activities. It is also the day before the craziness of the week starts all over again!
Today I’m sharing my Ultimate Self Care Sunday Checklist with you. I’m focusing on self-care ideas for your mind, body, and spirit. I hope you can implement some of these ideas and find some time to recharge and focus on yourself!

Great article! I’m a mum of a 1 year old and although I’m aware of a lot of the self care tips you’ve mentioned, seeing it displayed like this really hits home. I’m actually going to try and make them happen ๐
Good! I am so glad you found it helpful!
These are some great ideas. Working from home and quarantine affected my lifestyle a lot. At first I had the discipline to spend time doing what I like, but the routine made it somehow less enjoyable. Work hours stretch till evening, workdays take over weekends. It’s good to take a step back, sit with a glass of wine and a good book, and enjoy a calm Sunday evening.
Nora, that is so true! The quaratine definitely put a damper on things. Making time for self care definitely helps!
So many helpful tips for self care – I got no excuses now! Xxx
Thank you Monica!

Great ideas! Self-care is so important, especially right now. I have not been good about focusing on self-care even though I know I should be!
I love this! So many good ideas. I need to be better about making my bed and I love the idea of writing my goals out for the week. I usually do it daily but Iโm gonna switch it up and see how that works for me ๐
