I’m excited to share the Running Basics E-Book with you!  This E-Book was written by RRCA Certified Running Coach Lauren Sheu.  As a running coach, I get a lot of questions from new runners about how to get started safely and effectively.  Therefore, I decided to write an E-Book to share all of my beginner tips in detail to help you!
