For this blog post, I decided to share some of my favorite positive affirmations for mental health. I believe strongly that mindset has a strong impact on our mental health. I love to keep positive affirmations to help myself when I am feeling down.
I have always been a big fan of positive affirmations. I have always gotten planners and notebooks that are covered in positive affirmations. To me, they serve as reminders of the things that I know I should be keeping in mind.
Reminding yourself of positive affirmations can brighten your day and help you build confidence and strength.
These types of affirmations also help me to stay motivated while I am running. It can be easy to get discouraged when it comes to staying in a healthy routine.
I highly recommend writing positive affirmations on post-its and putting them around the house in places that you will see them on a daily basis. You can also set your cell phone background as a positive or uplifting quote or affirmation.
While positive affirmations can be very helpful, they do not replace professional help. I highly recommend that you seek out professional help if you need it.

“Do not give the past the ability to define your future” and “I breathe in confidence and breathe out fear.”
I really like these two because it’s easy to dwell on the past and let the negative emotions transfer over to the future. It’s why a lot of people crumble in life.
Also, confidence is what eliminates fear since you know what will happen and you have validation of your own skills to make something work. Confidence really makes you feel like Superman whereas fear weakens you to breakdowns.
Excellent affirmations. Many people will find them extremely useful for their lives.
These are wonderful affirmations. There’s many in this list I declare too. Everyday I like to say, “I can do ALL things because God is giving me strength.” Thank you for sharing this post. 😊
