12 Week Customized Training Plan


With this option, we will start with an assessment call to talk about your running history, your running motivations, and goals.  We will use this information to create a 12 week customized training plan for you.  The plan will be delivered to you electronically via Training Peaks.

You will receive daily email reminders of your workouts.  This plan also includes 1 free plan adjustment.  Each additional plan adjustment is $19.
