Welcome to Running for Wellness! We are RRCA Certified Run Coaches, passionate runners, mental health advocates, and Marathon and Triathlon finishers.   Running has been life changing for us and we want to help you achieve your run goals.

Mission:  Our mission is to inspire, teach, and guide others to improve their overall mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing through running.  We believe running can be used as an important method to improve your health and wellness and we want to give you the tools you need to start your running journey.

Our coaching philosophy is that running can and should add fun and richness to your life.  Our coaching is based on scientific methods mixed with customizing plans to fit your personal life situation.  Our coaching and training plans are created for real people with real lives who want to add running as a way to stay healthy and achieve their goals.  We use positive reinforcement to help our clients improve and have fun along the way!
